Abstract
El documento que reproducimos parcialmente a continuación es responsabilidad de dos importantes redes internacionales: Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo y la Solidaridad (CIDSE), que agrupa a 16 organizaciones católicas de Europa, América del Norte y Nueva Zelanda que se ocupan del desarrollo, y Caritas Internationalis, que agrupa a 146 organizaciones nacionales que prestan servicios de ayuda, desarrollo y asistencia social en 194 estados y territorios de todo el mundo. El documento ofrece una presentación completa de este complejo tema. Lo hace desde la perspectiva cristiana que en estos últimos años tan sensibilizada se ha mostrado ante las dimensiones que el problema de la deuda está alcanzando
