Abstract
La movilidad en general, y particularmente la movilidad geográfica de los trabajadores, es una parcela de la realidad que adquiere un gran relieve y protagonismo debido a la difusión de prácticas empresariales que hacen de la rotación laboral y el cambio de puestos un recurso cada vez más utilizado en la gestión de los recursos humanos. La legislación laboral regula dichas vicisitudes a través de un amplio espectro de instituciones. El objetivo del presente estudio estriba en constatar la adecuación de dicho régimen jurídico y la percepción de la movilidad en el discurso social más reciente.
