Globalisation as a cultural change: beyond capitalism and nationalism

Abstract
On 20th May a ceremony was held in Córdoba, organised by ETEA, in honour of Jaime Loring Miró SJ on the occasion of his retirement and appointment as Professor Emeritus. The ‘Revista de Fomento Social’ wholeheartedly shares the desire to show their deep appreciation of the person who has been the key protagonist in the history of ETEA since its very beginnings. To this end we are publishing his recent reflections on globalisation, in which he perceives globalisation above all as a cultural change, and he highlights and analyses the consequences for the future of capitalism and nationalism.
