Abstract

Globalisation leads to new frameworks for the working environment all over the world, but this is especially so in the case of the European Union, where many of its hard–won battles in the past for more favourable working conditions are now questioned. At the core of this policy are three vital matters: creation of high quality employment, sustainable economic growth, and improvement in the development of potential innovation and creativity. Which are the specific fields where this can be done?
