Reform of “law for minors”
Main Article Content
Abstract
The modifications recently introduced into the Law for Minors has done nothing but toughen a law considered lenient and permissive with respect to offenders who are minors. The innovations introduce a tinge of revenge into the victim’s actions in the process, however, in practice they offer almost nothing new to the proceedings.
