Abstract

The aim of this paper is to describe a cooperation for development project in Vietnam, which, for two years, has been carried out by a team of lecturers of INSA–ETEA, and supervised by the author of the article, in collaboration with the NGO Action, Exchange and Development in Asia (AIDA) and co–financed by the Spanish Agency of Cooperation for Development (AECI). Firstly, the peculiar philosophy that inspired a project which works through processes is analysed. Secondly, the paper describes how this perspective has been put into practice for specific institutional, economic and cultural circumstances. Finally achievements are evaluated and actions to be taken soon formulated.
