Economic growth, international cooperation and Millennium Development Goals for India

Abstract
This article aims to assess the attainment of the 8 MDO (Millennium Development Goals) in India, taking into account the possible effect of the OAD (Official Aid for Development) received by the country in the 2003–2004 biennium, as well as the internal policies for development. Later, the indicators for development are revised in chronological order with two reference points: the situation of the country in 1990, and data as close as possible to the current situation; carrying out an analysis of results.
