Teaching, research and management in a university: Ignatian keys

Abstract
The text is the explanation in the conferences of UNIJES s formation on identity and mission in the centers and university institutions of Jesus Company in Spain. In three times the author presents the characteristics of the ignatian spirituality to develop the noun university from the keys that him there contributes the adjective Jesuit , interpreted across the life of Ignacio de Loyola and of the paradigm Ledesma Kolvenbach, specially from the texts of the father Kolvenbach to the university and others centers Jesuits. First, the discernment to which it are called teachers, investigators and the whole personnel of the university. Secondly, the dynamics of movement between the center and the periphery that was present in the whole Ignacio de Loyola s life. And thirdly,the rules to feel with the Church as key to live through the binomial subjectivity institution.
