Abstract
Human Rights approach has not been systematized through successful experiences and, although Nicaragua has signed the international conventions about the Right of Water and Sanitation Access, it is being violated in lots of its dimensions. The legislative framework has been analyzed, as well as the tools to monitor the progressive realization of this Right.
