Abstract
The ideas about the formation of religious and priests seem clear, the goals defined, since our guiding documents are well elaborated. And yet, we have the feeling of being stuck halfway, especially when we see that young priests and religious continue to leave. Perhaps the formators, who are more aware than ever of their limitations, are bewildered by the human and religious profile of the young people in formation. Perhaps we have forgotten that our young people are and must be children of their time. The author of this article intends to continue the reflection already begun in others that have appeared in previous issues of our journal.
