Abstract
This article aims to achieve three basic objectives. The first, to make known the pedagogical styles of these educational leaders who contributed to bringing education and the Gospel closer to the most depressed social strata. The second, connect the ways of proceeding of these two learning systems in light of the latest pedagogical proposals. Finally, discover the connection points between the culture of encounter presented by Pope Francis and the inclusive school “en salida” that both protagonists implemented in their school contexts.
