Some reflections on "Creation" and suffering
Main Article Content
Abstract
The theology of creation has always had to face the problem of combining the radical goodness of creation with the historical fracture of evil. Andrade, professor of theology at the Latin American University of Mexico, reflects on the question of theodicy by revisiting the image of the creator God: in misfortune God creates a new reality of grace capable of transforming our troubled reality. There is a lack of answers to the question of why evil happens; faith only points to the fact that, on God's part, there is an unbreakable covenant with humanity, made explicit in the cross.
