Abstract

Dietrich Bonhoeffer continues to arouse echoes in theology and beyond. His courage in addressing the unbelieving fracture of our culture is striking. In Bonhoeffer, theology and life were not parallel discourses, but rather convergent. Daniel Álvarez, PhD in Philosophy, takes advantage of the recent edition of Resistencia y sumisión. Cartas y apuntes desde el cautiverio to present the figure of the Protestant pastor and to extract from his letters during his imprisonment in Berlin the lines of force of his thought.
