The Gospel primacy A reflection on forgotten memory
Main Article Content
Abstract
A few months have passed since the election of Pope Benedict XVI. Now, when the waters of commentary and reflection on the role of the primacy and the hierarchy within the Church have returned to their course, it seems a good opportunity to reflect on the question from a feminine perspective. The theologian Trinidad León offers an overview of the role played by women within believing communities in the first centuries of the history of Christianity, and calmly raises the problems that the Church faces today in terms of gender difference.
