The Phenomenon of migration from the perspective of a new sensibility

Abstract
"Something is moving"; many people are moving without our permission... The author of this article, a specialist in migration studies, presents the reality of the 191 million migrants who flow either clandestinely, because it is not in their interest to move, or indignantly, because it is in their interest to maintain the neoliberal capitalist system. It also raises a series of questions: where do they come from, why is any policy or action in relation to them justified with impunity? Finally, it raises a series of alternatives and solutions to the fact within the framework of the neoliberal system.
