Abstract
"From Dei Verbum to the Synod on the Word" was the theme proposed by the Faculty of Theology of Granada for the congress held between 13 and 15 February this year. The teaching staff of the Faculty of Theology of Granada wanted to establish open channels of dialogue and reflection in preparation for the Synod on the Word that the Holy Father has called for next autumn, and chose to appoint an organising committee to be responsible for articulating a proposal in which there would be space both for theological reflection at a scientific level and for reflection of a more informative nature.
