Abstract
Progress is not always synonymous of human emancipation. To avoid possible risks, many Christians claim a truly liberating Philosophy of History. Guided by the Gospel and starting from social marginality, they try to explain history from the view point of the victims and the defeated, manifesting the cruelty of those political conceptions that only determine their objective in the progress, whatever is the price
