Abstract
One of the greatest preoccupations of J. Ratzinger, now Benedict XVI, has been the problem of truth and its implications in the configuration of present day society. Although his thought seems to raise up burning polemics, however his search for truth is based on a position, vital and believing, honest. In this article, we shall clarify what he understands for truth and how we can understand the dialogue which he offers to the current culture and philosophy.
