Abstract

Secular bioethics has a prehistory in which both medical bioethics and moral theology are present. It  also must be affirmed that they have travelled together in the origins of the bioethics,  such and as we know them in our days. However, a “chasm” has been growing between them, due, in good proportion, to the inner problems of each other.  In one attempt to reset the mutual enrichment, we propose to the secular bioethics, not to forget some identifying elements of the catholic theological bioethics.
