Abstract

The search for knowledge of historical data to know Paul has only two sources: his letters and Acts of the Apostles. This paper attempts to show that Acts is not to be valued with our critical historiographic criteria since its intent is theological and must, therefore, be relativized by accepting only the elements that can be critically compared to Paul as the main source.
