Abstract
This article, which is divided into three sections, begins with an introduction to the reader to the border area of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico; then, it shows in synthesis the contribution of Catholic Social Thought; and ends with a
presentation of a Church´s humanitarian work for Latin American and Caribbean migrants.
