A new document on the cave of San Ignacio in Manresa

Abstract
En este trabajo publicamos un nuevo documento que describe muy detalladamente la cueva que utilizó San Ignacio para sus retiros y oración en la ciudad de Manresa. Además, se ofrecen más noticias sobre su estancia en esta ciudad, como su alojamiento en el hospital de Santa Lucía. También se destaca el carácter milagroso de algunas reliquias del santo en curaciones de enfermos.
El documento se hizo con el fin de servir de información para la Historia de San Ignacio que estaba escribiendo el P. Andrés Lucas, del colegio de Granada. Del cotejo de la información proporcionada por el documento y lo que se recoge en la mencionada obra se comprueba que fue muy poco lo utilizado. No obstante, el documento constituye el testimonio directo más antiguo conocido donde se describe la cueva de Manresa con mayor detalle.
