The Assumption Charterhouse (Granada) unpublished data for the revision of its history

Abstract
With regard to Granada Chartherhouse, the historiography of the 18th century onwards, has paid more attention to its unquestionable artistic potential than to its other historical implications. This study is the result of a review of the complex documentation of the monastery, in order to expand and clarify the historical context of the place that was one of the main monastic centers of Spain.
